These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CB555 ("CB555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CB555 online betting and live casino platform, accessible at cb555.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific Bonus Terms applicable to individual promotions.

CB555 is an English-language platform designed for use by adults in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. CB555 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim any affiliation with the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority or financial institution. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Platform" means the CB555 website at cb555.cam and any associated applications or services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director or agent of CB555, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by CB555 or through an operator-administered responsible gambling programme.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering under a false name, with a fictitious identity or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

CB555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

Each User may hold one Account only. CB555 defines duplicate accounts as any two or more Accounts associated with the same individual based on any combination of the following identifiers: full name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Notify CB555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, including your residential address, mobile number or email address.

CB555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you may use the account recovery process available on the Platform.

CB555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal, when your Account reaches certain cumulative deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any point where CB555 deems verification necessary to comply with its operational or anti-money-laundering obligations.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A legible copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), Pakistani Passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming your ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds, where required.
• Source of Funds: Evidence of the lawful origin of funds deposited into your Account, where required at our discretion.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. CB555 reserves the right to suspend Account activity and withhold pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC. Providing false, altered or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. CB555 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. CB555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• CB555 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as examples of methods users may recognise. These references do not imply endorsement of gambling by any payment provider.
• CB555 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to their source if KYC verification cannot be completed or if the deposit is flagged for review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that was previously used to deposit funds into your Account, where operationally possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• CB555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on your payment method and any additional verification steps required.
• CB555 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

Any deposits made in error remain subject to the standard wagering requirements applicable at the time. CB555 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

CB555 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to your real-money balance and made available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the permitted timeframe will be forfeited without compensation.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• CB555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any bonus funds already credited to a User's Account being honoured under the original terms.
• Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are not accepted from Users who are in a self-excluded state or whose Accounts have been suspended or closed.
• CB555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event subject to manipulation, where odds have been published in error, or where a User is suspected of misuse.
• In-play bets are subject to market suspension at any time. If a bet is placed during a market suspension period, it may be voided at CB555's discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral international series and T20 leagues — are available subject to event scheduling and market availability. Specific settlement rules for each market type are detailed in the Platform's betting rules section.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Winnings from casino games and slots are subject to the game's published Return to Player (RTP) rates and paytable rules, as provided by the respective game supplier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CB555 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited and be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker variants or any other game where collusion is possible.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform, whether or not you report them to CB555.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile or otherwise extract source code or proprietary data from the Platform.
• Undertaking any action that disrupts, damages or places an unreasonable load on CB555's infrastructure.

CB555 employs fraud detection and risk management tools that monitor Platform activity continuously. Suspected prohibited conduct will be investigated and may result in account action before an investigation is concluded, where we believe it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

CB555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their play. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During any exclusion period, your Account will be locked from play and marketing communications will be suspended.

CB555 enforces strict access restrictions for minors. Any person under the minimum eligible age found to have registered an Account will have that Account immediately closed.

All content on the CB555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of CB555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the Platform without prior written consent from CB555.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any CB555 trademarks, logos or brand assets without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of CB555's intellectual property may result in legal action. CB555 reserves all rights not expressly granted by these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CB555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including any betting losses incurred through normal use.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures that result in bets being delayed, voided or unsettled.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or any other third-party service integrated into the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit CB555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CB555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CB555 holds its operator licence, as disclosed by the operator. Users are advised to refer to the Platform's licensing information for details of the governing jurisdiction.

CB555 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

In particular, Pakistani users are advised that Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online or remote gambling depends on applicable law and the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. This clause does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform.

CB555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CB555 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. CB555 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
